    We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
    • Positive attitude-Coachable-Strong Work Ethics-Strong Communication skills
    • Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices
    • Insurance Licenses required - Property and Casualty / Life and Health (or ability to acquire asap)
    • Sales/CSR Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
    • Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with customers.
    • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    • Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support
    • Sales and Customer Acquisition: Engage with prospective insurance customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized needs based insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements
    • Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team retention and sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
    • Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
    • Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new insurance and financial services business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
