Job summary
Data Entry Specialist is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, technicians, and field personnel.The position involves building and maintaining account data, troubleshooting with technicians to activate accounts for live monitoring,
and ongoing correspondence with customers regarding account information.
- Handle a minimum of 50 inbound phone calls per shift
- Build new accounts and ensure proper testing of alarm panels by field technicians
- Manage and respond to daily emails with proper email etiquette through Outlook.
