We need *Registered Nurses (RNs) *on *Day and Night Shifts *to join our team at *Coldspring Transitional Care Center and Rehabilitation Care* in *Cold Spring, KY*.

*$32 to $38 Per Hour, PLUS additional $2 Teamwork Differential**RN Nursing care, such as IV therapy, treatments, med administration, and other clinical needs according to physician's orders and patient plan of care.

• Performing comprehensive patient assessments within the scope of the RN nursing practice and responding to changes in patient conditions
• Overseeing the activities of the nursing assistants

*Strong documentation skills, experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus

• Ability to respect all members of the healthcare team
• Patience, understanding and compassion for those requiring our care
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work every other weekend and holidays
