- Provide routine information to callers and assist with inquiries.
- Greet visitors, determine their needs, and ensure they are assisted promptly.
- Manage incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Maintain the showroom's appearance and report any maintenance issues.
- Support the Sales Area with administrative tasks.
- Process payments and orders accurately.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures in your assigned areas.
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and a team player.
- Availability to work on Saturdays.
