    Role Description

    An opportunity exists for an experienced, proven Finance leader to join the team at the Lincoln, Nebraska manufacturing facility (which also incorporates operations in White Hall, IL).

    The Lincoln site supports more than $1.5B in revenue and is responsible for supplying many of Zoetis' largest and most innovative products to livestock and petcare customers around the globe.

    This is a new role at the site supporting the Finance Lead and Finance Manager in a broad range of areas including annual operating plan, forecasting and month end close where you will be working directly with operations colleagues across the site to understand financial performance and interpret results.

    In addition, the successful candidate will assist with management of R&D expenses incurred by the site communication with counterparts in the R&D organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Support reporting of daily and monthly financials to site and platform leadership including detailed analysis of site output vs. plan and expenses vs. plan
    Participate in process team and daily tier board meetings
    Participate in quarterly forecasting and annual operating plan
    Support costing activity for new products being introduced to the site
    Support distressed inventory and inventory destruction process
    Ensure compliance with Zoetis policies and procedures and SOX controls
    Manage R&D related expenses for the site and communication with R&D colleagues on-site
    Ad-hoc support as required
    Qualifications

    Education:
    Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
    MBA in Finance or related discipline preferred

    Experience:
    Minimum 2 years finance experience
    Previous costing experience preferred
    Strong analytical and people skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to organize and prioritize multiple and diverse projects
    Demonstrated high level of customer focus
    High level of proficiency in spreadsheet-based software applications
    Previous SAP experience preferred
