We're a certified Great Place to Work and ranked among Fortune's Best Workplaces in Aging ServicesWe are now seeking a Resident Assistant to join our team This is a part-time position, every SUNDAY and MONDAY 7-3:30pm (16 hours per week).
The Resident Assistant has full responsibility for direct resident care.Assists resident with ADLs including all personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Medication assistance (training provided).
Makes appropriate observations about the resident's condition in every interaction.
Records and follows up with changes in resident's condition in a timely manner.
Some laundry and housekeeping tasks.
Assist residents in participating in their daily activity program.
Experienced resident care aide considered.
