Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician or HVAC Apprentice to join our team In this role, you will install, service/maintenance or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences.

You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role and hold an EPA certification or are currently pursuing a certification. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must

Responsibilities:

• Completes all regularly scheduled maintenance and heating and cooling units to maintain unit efficiency and manufacture warranties
• Repairs air conditioning and heating units including addressing emergency breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner
• Ability to work on all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to gas and oil-fired equipment, heat pumps and air conditioners
• Ability to work with and without supervision, individually or in a team setting
• Performs quality work and is able to meet deadlines
• Performs other special projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Must be able to agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment
• Excellent verbal skills with supervisors, co-workers, customers and vendors
• Timely and dependable
• Energetic personality
• Well organized with the ability to work independently and eagerness to learn
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
