- Provide primary care services at multiple clinic sites, including both large and rural locations
- Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage chronic illnesses prevalent in the adult population
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in monthly meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Utilize Athena 1 electronic medical records system efficiently (Will be trained if not familiar)
- Board certification in Family Medicine (FP) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Ability to work 4 or 41⁄2 days a week, with flexibility for optional Sick Baby Call hours for increased compensation
- Willingness to participate in a shared call schedule, including telephonic consultations and paid options for hospital calls related to pediatric care
