The Set Stylist is a critical part of this mission
Day to day responsibilities:
Works under the direction of the Art Director in our home furnishings Lifestyle Studio
Leads on-set furniture styling for all still and motion shoots including the selection of props and some
merchandise, cleaning and prepping the set for capture
Prepares product samples for lifestyle photo and video shoots
Has a deep knowledge of the product and how to translate it into visual storytelling
Manages post-shoot documentation, inventorying all products and props used for each capture
Maintains organization of studio prop inventory / library and styling supplies
Resources and shops for props and wardrobe as needed
Develops and maintains cross-functional relationships with Visual, Merchandising, Creative
and Production teams
Keeps up to date with trends and competitive patterning as they relate to home furnishing,
highlighting and sharing out specific findings in styling

Job Requirements:
5+ years of styling experience or merchandising in home decor and furnishing
Understanding of interior design market trends, visual composition & storytelling
Extremely organized with the ability to adapt to change on a regular basis
Experience creating and maintaining processes
Exceptional eye for detail and composition
Good communication skills
Adapts quickly to change based on needs of the creative and production teams
Manages time efficiently, and execute under tight deadlines
Portfolio / samples of work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite experience a strong plus
