Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", this position will participate as a member of the Program Management Team as the Client Site IT GIS Administrator following the duties and responsibilities below while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site GIS technical support to a government customer. GIS tasks include desktop analysis, GIS server and geodatabase administration, Microsoft SQL, database analysis and administration, map and web application development, and GIS user on call support.
• ESRI GIS server administration, license server, ArcGIS Server Manager, and ArcReader, path-updates installation.
• ESRI SDE SQL connections, enterprise multi-user database design, admin, and customization.
• ESRI map services, geoprocess services, web map apps, ArcGIS Portal Apps, ArcGIS Online.
• ESRI GIS automation tools: Python, Model builder, Web-App Builder, Geocoding, Network Analyst, Spatial Analyst, and Publisher.
• Resolve customer service issues and address multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Provide assistance to other members of the TSG Client Site Support Team whenever and whenever possible
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Client Site - IT Director

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Four (4) years professional GIS work experience at a minimum
• Proficiency in Government related GIS mapping applications using software such as:
  • ESRI ArcGIS Desktop Advanced and Pro
  • ESRI ArcGIS Network Analyst, Publisher, Spatial Analyst, Tracking Analyst
  • ESRI ArcGIS Server Enterprise Advanced
  • ESRI ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Online, web adapter, web app builder, API's including Java, Rest & Soap
  • AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil/Survey, Infrastructure, Raster, and AutoCAD Map
• Previous local government GIS related experience, familiarity with public works applications, utilities, facilities and asset management, tax and cadastral mapping, addressing & geocoding, routing & navigation, development services, future land use and zoning, land development codes, permitting, emergency services & disaster response, police/fire 911 dispatch, Gov't Accounting & budgeting, voter and school districts, and public information applications.
• Prior training and experience in designing, and administering, editing Enterprise level multi-user Microsoft SQL databases, ESRI SDE connections and services.
• Experience in using/maintaining infrastructure asset management applications such as CityWorks
• Customization of ESRI ArcGIS Server, map & other GIS service publication, ArcGIS Portal, and web app builder
• Familiarity with ArcGIS server Rest & Soap end point administration, and API maintenance
• Familiarity with Python scripts, ArcGIS Toolbox customization, web, and hybrid app application support
