- Reviewing proposals, preparing cost estimates, and attending pre-bid meetings
- Interpreting drawings and specifications for field crews
- Assisting in material takeoffs and quantity calculations
- Preparing work plans, Job Hazard Analysis, and supervising subcontractors
- Ensuring quality control, managing costs, scheduling equipment, and maintaining strong client relations
- Collaborating with Superintendents, Field Engineers, and craft teams within the electrical discipline
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of electrical construction experience
- Knowledge of construction safety, OSHA regulations, and the National Electrical Code
- Proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, and reading engineering drawings
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with other software is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt
- Flexibility to work independently, travel, and relocate as needed
- Attendance and reliability, meeting deadlines consistently
- Effective communication and professionalism in team environments
- Adherence to safety protocols and instructions
- Availability to work overtime or weekends when necessary
