The Douglas Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its part-time team. As an LPN at our facility, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physician orders or facility policy.
• Take and record residents' vital signs, monitor for changes in condition, and provide assistance with activities of daily living when needed.
• Perform basic wound care, dressing changes, catheter or ostomy care within scope and facility policy.
