Job summary
The Manager, Nursing Quality will manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Quality Program. Lead nursing staff in assessment of systems, identification of nurse sensitive measures, and implementation of performance improvement methodology and evidence-based practice to improve nursing outcomes. Facilitate quality improvement activities related to nursing.Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility to achieve objectives and commitments related to Nursing Quality.
- Hire, train, develop, and direct assigned staff to meet operational objectives related to the Nursing Quality Program.
