- Develop new sales opportunities through networking which will foster long-term partnerships.
- Pitch our services to prospective clients
- Maintain client partnership through consistently providing support in candidate searches
- Set reoccurring meetings with clients to maintain visibility over clients' needs
- Input data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relations Management system (CRM) so records of sales and data are maintained accurately
- Resolve clients' complaints and issues pertaining to client's maintaining the company's reputation.
- Negotiate agreements with clients
- 0 - 2 years in an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
- Currently living in Austin or willing to relocate to Austin
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
