- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget analysis or financial management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations and reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of federal financial regulations and policies is a plus
- Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility
