    Location: Helena, Montana

    Salary: Minimum $52,000, depending on experience

    Opportunity:

    We are seeking enthusiastic and team-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Behavioral Health Support Specialists. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support to children and supporting staff within our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and support our direct care staff in the implementation of treatment strategies.
    • Implement and teach effective strategies for addressing challenging behaviors.
    • Facilitate staff trainings on relational, social, and communication skills.
    • Collaborate with the team to create and maintain a therapeutic environment for children.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience, which can typically be acquired through 6 years of working in the field of human services.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
    • Willingness to be on call as needed.
    • Ability to work unconventional hours outside of M-F 9-5.
