Job DescriptionThis is an in-person position located in Arlington Heights, IL.
Huntington Learning Center in Arlington Heights is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic math tutors for high school and college students. We are especially seeking specialization in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus.

Math Tutor Responsibilities:

• Work with students in a 1-to-1 setting
• Focus on classroom skill development, homework help, subject tutoring
• There are no lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade
• Flexible, part-time hours - afternoon, evening, and weekends.
• Professional development opportunities.

Math Tutor Requirements Include:

• 4-year degree required.
• Expertise in at least one math subject (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, etc)
• All experience levels are welcome to apply - recent grads, current teachers, and retired professionals.
• Certification/license a plus.
• Must be a caring and qualified professional committed to the success of students
