Job summary
The HR Generalist is a strategic and hands-on role that provides a broad range of services and support to an assigned group of store locations,Serving as primary point person and consultant to associates and leaders on human resources related topics.
The position assesses and anticipates HR related needs, communicates proactively with the HR team.
This role is responsible for providing coaching guidance to leaders; meets on a regular consistent basis to drive people practices.
