    Position Summary:

    The Human Resources Generalist for Rise & Shine, under the direction of the Director of Administrative Services, supports organizational initiatives, and process improvement and assists in the development of the Human Resources function within the organization.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Serve as a business partner and provide customer-oriented partnership to managers and supervisors to address people challenges; use best practices, and external information to develop and implement solutions to people challenges.

    · Update job descriptions, create offer letters, and process background and reference checks.

    · Maintain and update HRIS system and personnel files.

    · Assist in the development of policies and procedures.

    · Ensure employee issues are investigated in a thorough and timely manner; mitigate risk through detailed action plans. Use investigation tools, resources, and records management standards to ensure thorough documentation is maintained for employee relations matters.

    · Partner with operations and leadership on talent planning efforts and ensure talent acquisition and sourcing strategies are developed to support business needs.

    · Conduct new employee orientation and participate in training staff as needed.

    · Other duties, as assigned

    Education and Experience Required:

    · Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Safety, or a related field

    · 5+ years' Human Resources Generalist experience

    · 3+ years' of process improvement, employee relations, and recruitment experience

    · Previous experience with HRIS, Teams & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
