Plateau Grp is currently hiring Junior Application .Net developers for their Fairfax, VA and Daleville, AL
locations
As a hybrid model, candidates are expected to be onsite at these locations 2-3 days a week to learn and collaborate with the team

As an Junior Application Developer, you will be part of the development and maintenance team with a focus on .

NET and web-based software solutions
This role is in a high performing team with growth opportunities

Requirements Duties and Responsibilities:
Coding according to business requirements following industry best practices

Team player with a proactive attitude, the ability to be productive in a dynamic / collaborative environment Produce software documentation and engage in quality assurance activities.

Maintain established configuration management process.
Collaborate daily with team members and program leadership.
Proactively learning about new technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
Nice to have 1-2 years of relevant experience
Fresh graduates with some academic experience will also be considered.
Has strong oral and written communication skills and samples of personal project's.
Understanding and familiarity with any of the following programming languages: C#, C++, Java, Python and SQL.
Knowledge/experience with industry practices and design patterns.
Ability to work independently on simple and advanced work assignments.
Ability to interact with cross-functional teams
