Job Title: Commercial Business Advisory Consultant

Responsibilities

• 20 + years of Pharma Commercial domain with IT experience
• Excellent Communication Skills and able to work with the Business,
• Business facing role experience and able to provide guidance and expertise on how Technology can be leveraged to improve operations within Pharma industry.
• Knowledgeable about various IT Functions within Pharma Commercial.
• Adapt knowledge about various Software Solutions for sales and marketing, data analytics, customer relationship management, and compliance management within Pharma Domain.
• Eg – CRM tools, Business Intelligence and Analytics tools, Data Management and Integration platforms, Digital Asset Management Tools, Omnichannel
• Ability to evaluate and recommend IT systems and tools that can enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
• Additionally, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT solutions align with the overall business strategy and goals of the organization.
• Understands IT operations, and is able to meet the deliverables as committed to the client.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E. M.Tech, MBA, MCA

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Preferred Knowledge about – Veeva, Snowflake, Salesforce, MDM, Informatica, Alignment tools, MicroStrategy.
• He/she should be focused on 12 months into the future and keep the engagement pushing in that direction... Consultative outlook...ability to engage with VP+ population
