Role Summary:
The DLCM Baseline Specialist Sr's primary role is to lead the NAR strategy and definition of each OTA software compound in alignment with VWAG.
The Baseline Specialist Sr will support and communicate each software package back to the market, work with BTVs in WOB on building the compound checklist and facilitate trouble shooting initiatives with software and technical owners when component level issues arise.
This role is responsible for ICE and BEV vehicle OTA campaigns for Volkswagen brand.This role requires a strong blend of understanding the touchpoints that make up the business, operational and technical ecosystem of Volkswagen's connected cars, in-vehicle software development, and the ability to translate this knowledge into leading software releases that will drive the business towards continuous improvement of customer vehicles.
