Incentives:

To support your career with us, we are excited to offer a sign-on bonus of $30,000, a relocation bonus of $15,000, and up to $75,000 in loan repayment for eligible candidates.

Job Description:

Your Role:

As a Hospitalist at St. Mary's, you will collaborate within a dedicated team of 22 physicians and work closely with various departments to ensure exceptional care and patient satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

Working 12-hour shifts in 7-day blocks
Participating in rounding and admitting shifts daily
Completing a minimum of 165 shifts yearly
Providing direct patient care
Referring patients to specialists when needed
Training and supervising medical students and residents
Collaborating with advanced practice providers
Coordinating patient care activities

Compensation:

Base Salary: $292,050.00

Productivity Bonus: $45.00 per wRVU over 4300

Quality Bonus: up to $12,500.00

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Residency training in Family or Internal Medicine
Board certification or eligibility in the relevant discipline
Active Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one
Successful completion of St. Mary's credentialing process
