    Description

    The Manager of Strategy & Operations helps identify and supportcross-functional strategic opportunities, including conducting data analysis, financial modeling, project planning and management, building consensus among stakeholders, and reporting progress and accomplishments to the executive leadership team. Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations, this role will work closely with the broader Strategy & Operations team and the leadership of core operating units.

    Qualifications / Education / Licenses:

    • 4 - 5 years of experience at leading consulting firm, with a focus on the healthcare industry
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration (emphasis in Finance, Economics, etc.) or Healthcare Administration
    • Demonstrates a strong understanding of value-based care and the operations of healthcare organizations.
    • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make presentations to various groups of the organization(s) including presentations to the Leadership Team
    • Ability to build strong relationships with across all functional units of CCMC.
    • Proven track record of driving / executing complex, cross functional projects.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and data modeling to measure and evaluate strategic initiatives and inform business decisions and investments.
    • Evaluate the performance of current operations to identify and implement strategies to improve current state, with a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Support the operating units in their analysis of opportunities, working in an unstructured environment to identify insights and improve investment decision making.
    • Combine industry experience with data-driven approach to improve the efficiency of the operating units.
    • Develop project road maps and partner with operational stakeholders to execute on prioritized initiatives and achieve successful outcomes.
    • Monitor various strategic initiatives and ensure the value of each initiative is appropriately measured and captured.
