- Meet with prospective clients obtained through warm leads to discuss benefit options using a consultative sales approach - No cold calling
- Develop quotes and create proposals based on clients' needs
- Walk through explanation of quotes and present proposal to decision makers of small businesses
- Provide support during implementation process
- Facilitate employee roll-outs for appropriate benefit lines chosen
- Base Salary Range of $40,000-$50,000 + Uncapped Commissions
- Personal Car Stipend after 90 days of employment and Mileage Reimbursement

- Experience - 1-2 years related experience required; Experience in health insurance or customer service preferred
- Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Other - Current State's License in Life and Health insurance is required or may be obtained within 90 days of employment; Valid driver's license is required for travel
