We are looking for Dockhands and Hut Staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the dock.
• Provide information about available boat and jet ski rental options, packages, and safety guidelines.
• Efficiently handle the rental process, including completing necessary paperwork, verifying identification, and processing payments.
• Instruct guests on the operation and safety features of rented boats and jet skis.
• Ensure all rental equipment, including boats and jet skis, is in good working condition.
• Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
• Assist guests in boarding and disembarking, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
• Foster a positive and enjoyable atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about additional services or activities
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the dock area.
• Assist in routine maintenance tasks, such as fueling, cleaning, and organizing equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Demonstrates consistent reliability and punctuality in all responsibilities and commitments.
• Must be able to work full long days, up to 12 hours in the sun.
• No experience necessary

Pay $13-$15 an hour and is based on experience, plus tips and commission.
