    JOB SUMMARY

    This is a finance role that involves checking in drivers who have finished their routes by conducting product counts, maintaining records of quantity, type, and value of materials, equipment, and merchandise. Also responsible for inspecting product returns and documenting necessary information for efficient processing.

    - Monday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
    - Tuesday: OFF
    - Wednesday: OFF
    - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
    - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
    - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Verify product returns and customer-signed invoices for drivers completing their routes, account for company property returned.
    • Identify missed collections and notify Credit Services.
    • Ensure adherence to food safety protocols on returns and coordinate with Food Safety personnel for issues.
    • Record all delivery exceptions on the invoice and/or delivery exception report.
    • Inspect returned products to assess restocking suitability or decide on customer credit.
    • Adjust reason codes on invoices as necessary for efficient processing; code damaged or inferior products accordingly.
    • Stage all returned products for processing, count items to match return sheet quantities.
    • Document overages following the available stock/warehouse location report to re-enter products promptly into the inventory system.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience

    • 1 year of experience with pallet jacks and/or forklifts.

    Professional Skills

    • Ability to write reports and correspondence.
    • Effective public speaking skills.
    • Strong listening skills for effective communication.
    • Proficient in mathematical operations.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
    • Fluency in English.
