    Description

    PGS Worldwide is seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst in Fort Worth, TX for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role provides planning and scheduling support across a major aeronautics line of business, helping develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule and supporting proposal schedule development. You will partner across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production to assess schedule impacts, advise program leadership, and deliver status reporting and metrics.
    Required Skills

    • 5+ years of experience using Deltek Open Plan for planning/scheduling
    • 5+ years of experience applying Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis
    • Program master scheduling experience
    • Proposal and capture experience required with F-16
    • Experience supporting development and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
    • Experience reviewing/supporting Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
    • Ability to advise program management on contractual impacts, critical events, and factors affecting delivery or cost
    • Ability to prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment
    • Self-starter with hands-on program planning and scheduling experience
    • Ability to ensure communication and cross-coordination with IPTs
    • Ability to develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)

    • Demonstrated Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
    • Previous experience supporting an aeronautics line of business
    • Flexibility to work on a variety of assignments in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to lead meetings and reviews
    • Ability to understand earned value concepts to support executable proposals
    • Ability to comprehend schedule requirements and document them in a meaningful way
    • Secret clearance
    What You'll Do
    • Support development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule components, including proposal schedules
    • Provide sustainment planning support as required
    • Review and support SOW and BOE development
    • Apply Critical Path Methodology to build and analyze schedule networks
    • Advise program management when contractual impacts are expected or critical events occur
    • Coordinate with IPTs and cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production
    • Prepare schedule status reports, metrics, and presentations
    • Support additional program planning and scheduling responsibilities as assigned
