- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all technical equipment and systems including our attractions, audio-visual equipment, and facility lighting.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs with external vendors or service providers when necessary.
- Collaborate with the facilities manager to identify and implement technology upgrades or enhancements to improve guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards related to technical equipment and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts.
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting complex technical systems and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to technical equipment and systems.
- Familiarity with arcade games, bowling alley equipment, and other entertainment center attractions is a plus.
