    Essential Functions:

    Create, prepare, maintain, and analyze reports and compare data to trends in various CS functionsIdentify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metricsBased on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliancePartner with key players to define, determine, and implement recommendations and project plans to improve department performanceDetermine workforce development practices by benchmarking best practices, researching industry and employment trends, and tracking legislationMaintain data analytics platforms and perform reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare charts, reports, and dashboards of data results and present and explain findings to senior leadershipAssist CS team with various data and benchmarking projectsConduct presentations and training across the business as needed or requiredContinuously analyze competitor practices to make appropriate recommendations to senior leadershipProvide guidance in understanding and interpreting CS policies, procedures, or process improvements to internal customersPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required in Business, Computer Science or related fieldFive or more (5+) years of experience in data analytics for CS functionsIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPointExperience with quantitative and qualitative data including workforce metrics and employee data.

    Strong attention to detail and commitment to effectively handle and maintain confidential informationKnowledge of CS practices and HIPPA lawsKnowledge of Workforce information systems; Caseworthy experience a plusMust have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skillsAbility to quickly adapt to changing priorities; highly flexibleAbility to work in a team environmentExhibits strong customer service and able to work with employees of all levelsAbility to work independently on a broad variety of projectsAbility to exercise sound judgement and sensitivity to changing needsComplete knowledge of data analysis techniques, tools, and softwareCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent research and analytical skills, to conduct primary and secondary research, as well as effectively analyze the accumulated data.
