- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to improve communication skills and enhance academic success.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' speech and language development in the classroom and other learning environments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions.
- Stay informed about best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of speech-language pathology.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- North Dakota state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred.
