Job summary

We are immediately hiring an IT HELP DESK ANALYST to provide technical support and assistance to users across the ARDEX Americas business (U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America), troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues,
ensuring minimal downtime and helping users stay productive.
