Ski Valet - Park City - Resorts West

Description

The Ski Valet will assist all guests and owners at the Silver Strike Lodge with any needs they have in getting their skis, placing them on the mountain, assisting with the door and assisting them with getting their skis on and off.

We expect this person to provide outstanding and anticipatory service that is in alignment with the standards of Resorts West.

Act as ski concierge.

Ensure a luxurious guest experience.

Assist and greet guests in storage and retrieval of ski gear.

Deliver excellent guest service.

Offer guests guidance and advice on skiing conditions and recommended runs.

Responsible for receiving, tracking, transporting and storing gues and ownert personal and rental equipment.

Assist guests in taking ski and snowboard boots on and off.
Skills & Requirements

He or she should possess the personal skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner whenever interfacing with guests, owners and industry peers.

Basic organizational skills are required which will allow him or her to effectively record and catalogue documents on work performed.
