SCI, the leading real estate search firm, is seeking a Property Manager to join a Developer/Owner and Manager of Luxury apartments. This person will be responsible for enhancing the value, maximizing the financial performance, and maintaining the physical condition of a Class A apartment building- located in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The property is a new build and currently about 90% occupied.

Requirements include:

• Conventional/market rate on-site property management experience
• Lease up experience preferred
• Management experience must include the management of a team of employees consisting of assistant managers, leasing and marketing specialists, and maintenance personnel
