    As an Integrated Project Team Engineer you will be responsible for;

    • Manage production issues and implement migration plans
    • Track and manage changes in requirements and deliverables
    • Oversee hardware flow, manage continuous improvement projects, cost model, and any other production-related activities
    • Develop plans to deliver engine subsystem configurations in support of test activities.
    • Coordinate configuration changes with upstream and downstream stakeholders
    • Assess programmatic impact of configuration change requests.
    • Create and manage line of balance for hardware and key equipment to support upcoming builds.
    • Partner with manufacturing engineering and contribute to development of detailed procedures.
    • Respond to unexpected changes to ensure integration activities stay on schedule, on budget, and are completed with high-quality and documented build pedigree.
    • Coordinate with procurement, internal and external manufacturing to ensure that hardware priorities are well understood and are actively managed to support the need dates.
    • Identify schedule-critical hardware, equipment, people, and facilities; resolve constraints.
    • Develop recovery strategies when non-conformances or other escapes are identified.
    • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
    • Develop schedule and budget; manage and report progress.
    • Develop and report key project metrics.
    • Lead Pre-ship reviews, ensuring hardware and software/firmware readiness prior to shipment.
    • Support hardware procurement efforts and vendor visits to support upcoming builds.
    Qualifications;
    • Background in manufacturing (design, fab, assy, test) turbo experience not req
    • Aerospace or Automotive experience req
    • Manage production issues and implement mitigation plans
    • Experience moving hardware through production (project engineering)
    • Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, resources, and programmatic risks
    • Experience running Line of Balance
    • Experience managing and communicating schedule, procurement activities, and vendor support
    Onsite Requirements: Preference for local candidates in the Seattle, WA area to travel to the customer site as needed. However, the candidate can be remote with the expectation to travel to the customer site in WA as needed.

    Salary Range: $90K-$155K

    The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
