- Engage with and elicit requirements from stakeholders, end-users, managers, and developers to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Map existing NOGL manufacturing and quality control processes and workflows.
- Assist in analyzing data relevant to manufacturing and QC processes during system migration.
- Support testing and validation to ensure business and functional requirements are met in the new SAP QC system.
- Support project documentation and knowledge sharing.
- 4+ years of relevant business analysis experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Quality Control/Quality Management a plus (preferred).
- Familiarity with SAP migrations is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Availability to travel weekly to Lynchburg VA (if not residing locally).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
