    *We are ready to provide training for all new Graduates.

    • This is an opening for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for ONE full-time position to float between 2 locations. This position does not require you to do rounds at the hospital or any nursing homes.
    • Bilingual -SPANISH SPEAKING a major PLUS
    *Contributes to physician's effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues that must be addressed; Assesses patient health by interviewing patients; and obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.

    • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
    * discussing family planning; promoting wellness and health maintenance.

    • Provides continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
    • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; establishing personal networks; The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Develops health care team staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
    • Skills/Qualifications: Health Promotion and Maintenance, Thoroughness, Clinical Skills, Informing Others, Medical Teamwork, Physiological Knowledge, Bedside Manner, Infection Control, Administering Medication, Pain Management, Self-Development
    *Walk-ins from the community, all patient populations - Family Practice

    • Spanish is a plus
    *Standard shift:
    • Day shift
    *M: 10a-7p T: 10a-6p W: 10a-6p Th: 10a-6p F: 9a-6p S: 9a-3p *Sunday Closed** 3 out of 4 Saturdays/month.
