    Primary Purpose:


    The HRIS Manager at Kahuku Medical Center plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

    With a focus on technological advancement and strategic alignment with organizational goals, the HRIS Manager oversees the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HRIS platforms.

    By collaborating with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and departmental leaders, the HRIS Manager develops and executes data-driven strategies to streamline HR processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall efficiency.

    This role involves managing system configurations, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing comprehensive user support and training.

    Additionally, the HRIS Manager stays abreast of emerging HR technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the HRIS landscape.

    Ultimately, the HRIS Manager empowers Kahuku Medical Center to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making, fostering a culture of efficiency, transparency, and excellence in human resources management.


    System Implementation and Maintenance:

    Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS platforms to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with organizational needs and regulatory requirements.


    Data Management and Integrity:

    Oversee data integrity within the HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.


    Process Optimization:

    Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to implement efficient workflows and improve user experience.


    Technical Support and Training:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries, providing technical support to users and delivering comprehensive training sessions to maximize system utilization and proficiency.


    Reporting and Analytics:

    Develop and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making by leadership and HR stakeholders.


    Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:

    Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to HRIS data management and privacy, ensuring compliance, and implementing necessary updates or modifications as needed.


    Vendor Management:

    Collaborate with HRIS vendors to assess system capabilities, negotiate contracts, and coordinate upgrades or enhancements, while effectively managing vendor relationships to ensure service level agreements are met.


    Job Qualifications/Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with a demonstrated track record of successful system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.

    Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems, including advanced knowledge of system architecture, configuration, and reporting tools.

    Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the HRIS framework.

    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

    Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver engaging training sessions to end-users.
