    Description

    Job Title: Leak Technician

    We are seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Leak Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving pool leaks with remarkable service, while providing exceptional customer experience.

    Compensation Package:

    Base salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (plus sales-based commissions)

    Requirements:

    We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

    • Driver's License (Required)
    • Experience in sales and/or customer service

    Desired Skills:

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Mechanically inclined, familiar with power tools
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Tech-savvy, comfortable using technology for majority of their day
    • Self-disciplined, able to work independently
    • Organized and dependable

    Work Environment:

    This is a safety-sensitive position that requires driving a company vehicle. Must be 21 years of age, with 3 years licensed driving experience.
