    We are currently in search of a Cutter Operator for the 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM).


    The ideal Flat Cutter Operator should be proficient in the following tasks:

    • Setting up the job on the trimmer machine
    • Entering required information into the trimmer computer
    • Loading paper stacks onto the trimmer for cutting
    • Operating the stacker to organize cut paper
    • Performing routine maintenance on the flat cutter machine
    • Cleaning the machine area
    • Assisting with training as necessary
    • Maintaining a tidy work environment
    • Completing additional assigned tasks
    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Able to stand for extended periods
    • Proficient in reading and measuring in standard and metric units
    • Positive attitude and commitment to quality
    • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Ability to understand and follow job tickets, labels, and instructions
    • Ability to focus on tasks and maintain consistency
    • Knowledge of Bindery functions/procedures
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed based on production demands
