- Manage a high volume of inbound calls related to parts inquiries and orders
- Accurately enter and process parts orders from customers and dealers
- Work directly with customers to provide responsive,knowledgeable service/li>Contact shipping companies for timely,cost-effective deliveries/hr/>
Qualifications
- Prior experience in parts ordering,customer service or related roles preferred liExperience in agriculture,equipment manufacturing or industrial environments is beneficial/li>,Strong communication skills comfort handling frequent phone interactions(li),Ability manage multiple priorities fast-paced seasonal environment(li),High attention detail accuracy(li),Team-oriented proactive customer-first mindset/ul>
