    What the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialist does:

    • Collect information from candidates and qualify them for the TruConnect program
    • Explain program requirements accurately, follow up with clients to ensure you are meeting their needs, and collect all documentation needed for enrollment
    • Provide guidance and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates
    • Support the Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialist team by accurately updating and reviewing customer account information
    • Empathize with customers' concerns and find satisfactory resolutions to any complaints that may arise
    • Attend daily meetings alongside fellow Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialists to sharpen customer service skills and ensure a thorough understanding of the program

    What we are looking for in an Entry Level Customer Enrollment Specialist:

    • Must be 18 years of age +
    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a relevant customer-facing role
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to empathize with customers
    • Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
    • A history of volunteering or fundraising is a plus
