    Booth Management Consulting, LLC (BMC) is a diverse CPA firm providing accounting, auditing, and management consulting services to public and private clients nationwide.     Position Requirements

    • Support the National Leadership Development Program under the HR Division
    • Interpret data, develop management reports
    • Perform data validation and visualization
    • Perform conditional formatting, advanced charting, filters, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Sparklines, data manipulation, organize documentation on SharePoint (e.g., adding document libraries; Creating and configuring lists and forms), document standard operating procedures, best practices and lessons learned
    • Liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, costing
    • Communicate with project team members to ensure schedule data and changes are accurately interpreted and accounted for
    • Plan project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
    • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries

    Required Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a Business or Science related field
    • At least 7 years of experience in managing projects
    • Project Management certification is a plus but not required
    • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project
    • Ability to analyze data, create/edit presentations, and demonstrate project management skills
    • Ability to work and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

    **This position will require the individual to undergo a federal clearance process in order to work on this federal contract.
