    Candidates must be self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest customer service standards.

    Retails sales experience is a must. Harley-Davidson and motorcycle knowledge a plus.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:
    Assist customers with their selection of parts and accessories.

    Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

    Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.

    Point out sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.

    Receive and process merchandise from distributors and prepare product for showroom and customer orders.

    Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.

    Pick parts and accessories for service technicians to install on motorcycles.

    Work closely with the service department to make sure parts are ordered and ready to be installed.

    Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.

    Continuously maintain showroom product availability by stocking shelves and displays.
    Job Requirements
    ·

    Passion for people and Harley-Davidson Brand
    ·

    Experience in merchandising and retail sales department
    ·

    Ability to work with customers; identify their needs and recommend product- Must understand fashion
    ·

    Friendly, outgoing personality with positive attitude, ability to engage with guests and build lasting relationships
    ·

    Energetic personality able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand and walk the sales floor for majority of the work day
    ·

    Have self-initiative and be able to work independently within the team dynamic; possess a strong work ethic
    Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays and evenings
