Job summary
The Central Service Technician is responsible for various tasks related to the processing and sterilization of instrumentation in surgical cases. This includes following protocols to ensure equipment meets standards for AAMI and infection control guidelines.Responsibilities
- Performs re-assembly and packaging of instrument sets accurately.
- Inspects instruments for cleanliness and functionality.
- Sterilize instrument sets according to departmental policies.
