    THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:


    Direct the day-to-day functions of the community including hiring, supervising, and directing staff in accordance with current federal, state, and local standardsManage the coordination of care for residents, including the dissemination of information to families, staff, physicians, and third-party providersAssist the Executive Director to ensure that policies, procedures, and state regulations are being followedCover shifts as needed, assisting residents with cleaning, bathing, dressing, eating, personal care, and hygiene Communicate with other healthcare staff and department personnel; relate information concerning resident's condition; maintain written records and documentation as requiredMaintain communication with the residents, their families, support personnel, etc., to assure that the resident's needs are continually met.
