- At least one year of interior design or retail/sales experience
- Design degree is a plus
- Familiarity with hard surface flooring preferred
- Strong mathematical skills
- Self-motivated and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience as a design consultant for internal candidates
- Assist customers in-store with design needs
- Schedule design appointments

Base Pay: This role offers a competitive starting base pay from $16.70 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.
Purpose: Floor & Decor Designers provide top-notch design services that aim to create long-lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty. Designers meet with customers, understand their project requirements, educate them on necessary aspects, and develop a unique design concept tailored to the customer's style, lifestyle, and budget.
