Mid-Senior Software EngineerSalary: $120,000 to $150,000 base + EquityOrg size: 10 peopleA fast-growing fintech company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its innovative team and contribute to the development of its core product.

In this early engineering role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and shape both the companys direction and culture.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the founding team to make foundational architectural and engineering design decisions.

Take ownership of product architecture and implementationContribute to product ideation and directionProvide valuable input on incorporating offline processes into the productPlay an active role in shaping the engineering team as it expands, including participating in the hiring process and mentoring junior engineersSkills and Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline3-6 years of software development experience, preferably in fintech companiesStrong proficiency in full-stack web development,
