    Job Title: Project Manager & Estimator

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager & Estimator to lead our projects with expertise, drive results, and ensure successful project delivery.

    Job Summary:

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, technical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments. They will analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans, identify critical path items, create project schedules, perform cost analysis, and prepare estimates for projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project.
    • Conduct site visits to proposed or existing project sites.
    • Create project schedules and timelines in line with customer requirements, company resources, project goals, and scope.
    • Perform cost analysis to determine factors influencing production costs.
    • Prepare material, labor, and cost estimates for projects.
    • Develop and implement plans for project risk mitigation.
    • Present estimates, recommendations, and analyses to management, customers, and other stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
    • Submit requisitions for necessary supplies, tools, and equipment consistent with project goals.
    • Generate and submit regular project progress reports to internal and external customers.
    • Make informed decisions regarding project progression and adjust schedules and targets as needed.
    • Ensure timely availability of project drawings to support the project.
    • Maintain relationships with engineers, electricians, customers, and technicians to ensure synergy.
    • Perform quality control throughout the project to maintain expected standards.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
    • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Project Management is a plus.
    • Experience working with customers in electrical, mining, or industrial construction is a plus.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Practical experience and proficiency with AutoCAD 2D.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good customer relations skills and ability to remain calm under stress.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
    • Ability to take direction and act independently, while working well with a team.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
    • Self-starter with quick decision-making skills.
    • Reliability and dependability with a history of meeting deadlines.
    • Willingness to undergo background and drug screening processes.

    Salary:

    $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
