Job DetailsSummary Sales Associates are to accomplish sales, merchandising and distribution goals by assisting the execution of business objectives and company initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities Effectively sell, rotate and merchandise the Red Bull portfolio in all assigned accounts Accomplish sales and distribution goals by assisting the execution of business objectives and company initiatives Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled Manage inventory expenses in accordance with company policy Interact respectfully and maintain dialog with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers Establish and maintain a high level of industry knowledge: Red Bull, CSDs, trends, market share, etc.
Utilize Columbia University for Professional Education (CUPE) courses to improve effectiveness Monitor competitive activity and communicate strategies Maintain appropriate themed programs to meet supplier and company standards Submit all required reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, market surveys (MVPs), expense report, mileage log, etc.

Days and hours will vary.Required Education and Experience Valid driver's license and auto insurance required High School diploma or GED required Sales Fundamental (which includes CSP training and certification) required upon hiringPreferred Education and Experience Minimum one (1) year previous industry experience preferredCompensation Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
